Qmotion was the system chosen to manage all the flying sequences for both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Along with stage automation, we designed and provided the automation control system and hardware for the flying sequences, ensuring the smooth and accurate flight of the iconic Melbourne Tram as it was flown in from the stadium roof.
