We helped create a dynamic, multi-functional environment for this VIP event, held in an 80m by 33m temporary Losburger structure in Middlesex’s Syon Park. We fitted a 30m wide stage incorporating 6m tracking LED screens, while features such as huge digital prints were used to divide the space, creating a reception area, bars, auditorium and backstage.
As the structure did not allow for rigging from the roof, we created skeletal ground supports for a further six screens and also installed features such as a 9m x 9m Leyher DJ tower, along with specially made furniture such as desks and bars in the reception area.
