I am pleased to announce changes within the Stage One Leadership Team that will drive the business forward in the years ahead.

After five successful years as Managing Director, Tim Leigh has transitioned to the newly created role of Chief Creative Officer. In this capacity, Tim is focusing on expanding the business into new markets and attracting new customers, while continuing to strengthen and enhance our relationships with existing clients.

I am now delighted to confirm that, moving forwards, Chris Johnson has agreed to take on the role of MD. Chris has been with Stage One for five years, most recently serving as Operations Director, and during that time has made a substantial impact on the business, notably by improving our operational efficiency during periods of significant growth. Tim and I are both confident that Chris has the skills and experience necessary to take on the challenge of becoming Managing Director and we are both looking forward to working with him to ensure a bright future for Stage One.
